RETURNS & EXCHANGES
D E S K O H A N proudly stands behind the design, quality, and integrity of all it's products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the receipt of your (Return Authorization) RA for a refund or store credit; Please note a Return Authorization will need to be requested via email within 7 days of your package delivery.
We unfortunately are not able to accept returns of beauty items, swimwear and intimates apparel. Certain promotional discounts are Final Sale as well, as outlined in the promotion details.
All items must be returned in unused condition and in it's original packaging to insure full refund/credit. No item can be accepted for return or exchange which bears an indication that it was used/washed/damaged and must have all tags attached in order to be eligible for a return and shipped back in its original condition. Failure to do so will result in your return being denied and shipped back to you. Shoes will be accepted if returned in their original, undamaged designer shoebox. Please try shoes on a covered/protected surface, as returns of shoes with worn or scuffed soles will unfortunately not be accepted.
Items returned without an Return Authorization (RA) number cannot be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions and any requests falling outside of the 7/14 day time frame outlined below will not be accepted.
RETURN HOW-TO GUIDE (RA)
1. Please contact customer service, info@deskohan.com to receive an RA#.
Please note a Return Authorization will need to be requested via email within 7 days of your package delivery.
2. D E S K O H A N will issue a Return Authorization # (RA#) to be included with your return package. Returns without a valid RA# will sadly not be processed.
Fill in the corresponding RA number next to the item being returned, on the Merchandise Return Form. Enclose this form with your return and also write the RA number(s) on the outside of the package.
3. Items must be received at our warehouse within 14 days of your RA issue date.
4. For your convenience we offer Pre-Paid UPS return labels with each domestic order. If you choose to use the provided label there will be a $10 return fee deducted from your refund. Packages returned using your preferred mail carrier will not be subject to the $10 return shipping fee. Kindly, keep a record of your return tracking #.
5. Ship it back to the address below within 21 days of receipt of package.

6. Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within approximately 12 business days, to the original form of payment.
An email confirmation of your refund/return will be sent to the email address listed in your account details.
International returns - Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any import tax/duty that your order may have incurred for returned items.
We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at DES KOHAN’s sole discretion.
GIFT RETURNS
If you have received an item from D E S K O H A N as a gift, you can return it (KINDLY NOTE RETURN POLICY GUIDELINES) in exchange for a gift card, which will be applied to your D E S K O H A N account. If you are not already a registered DK customer, you can create an account online or contact Customer Service for assistance. If you use the gift card to place a new order, please note that you will be required to pay the difference if your purchase price exceeds the amount of your gift card.
STORE CREDIT
Store credit will only be issued as a gift card in the currency used to purchase your order. Gift cards can only be used towards purchases made in that same currency. If you currently have a gift card in USD $, that credit will be available to you in the purchase currency of your choice. Available gift card credit will be displayed during the checkout process and can be applied to your next order.
CONSISTENT RETURNS
We monitor returns made by customers and excessive returns are flagged and may be refused at our discretion.
